We’ve taken the most time-consuming parts of putting together a beautiful event — Deciding the aesthetic, the furniture hire, styling, tableware, bar, games and setup — and packaged them into one stunning experience.

Our themes are pre-designed, our inclusions are locked in, and our packages are ready to book. You simply choose your guest count and one of our seasonal themes, and we take care of bringing it all together on the day.

We’ll work with your space to create the right layout and happily coordinate our setup alongside your other suppliers.

    Our packages are designed to make booking your event simple. Choose your guest count, choose one of our seasonal themes, and we’ll take care of the rest. Before your event, we’ll work with you to determine the best layout for your space, either through photos or a site visit, and coordinate the setup around it.

    • Site visits where required

    • Setup logistics

    • Working alongside your other event suppliers

    We’re not your full event coordinator — catering, entertainment, timelines and other event suppliers remain yours to organise.

    Our packages bundle the key pieces together, so there's no hunting down furniture, glassware or games from five different suppliers. Your selected package comes with everything included for your chosen guest count.

    No add-ons. No building your own package. No supplier scavenger hunt.

  • Salt & Citrus takes care of the styling, hire and setup — not the entire event.

    Our packages are designed to give you the big visual pieces and practical essentials, without stepping into full event coordination. You’ll still be responsible for organising the parts of your event that sit outside our package.

    That means we don’t:

    • Organise or provide catering

    • Organise food vendors

    • Supply or manage alcohol beyond what is specifically included in a package

    • Provide bar staff or bartenders

    • Serve drinks throughout your event

    • Create event run sheets or schedules

    • Manage entertainment or DJs

    • Coordinate your entire event or act as an on-the-day event manager

    • Organise external suppliers on your behalf

    • Provide bespoke or custom event themes

    • Offer package add-ons or à la carte inclusions

    We do, however, work alongside your other suppliers to make sure our setup fits seamlessly into your event.
